I called to ask a question about my dog. The lady on the phone Destiny was extremely rude. I will not be calling back.
It really makes me sad to write this review. We have brought our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to this place ever since we brought her home 5 years ago. She always got excited anytime we told her we were going to the vet. Seeing and receiving pets from the staff was the highlight of her day. My wife and I over the last 2 years have noticed they have a lot of employee turnover and they really try to push extras and add-ons.
