In April my labradoodle had 3 puppies. Within 24 hours they all passed away. I wanted to know what happened to them so... This is NOT THE FIRST REVIEW regarding the dishonest and unprofessional practices of this laboratory. They said I will be provided with the exact cause of death for as little as $50, but it's merely a ploy to gain another client. I experienced this firsthand when they conducted a necropsy on my healthy puppy, who died 12 hours after a microchipping procedure and a vaccine, charging me $250, not $50 as was previously mentioned. They seemed considerate at first, when I dropped my new pet off for necropsy. They told me it was $50. I waited months for results, and their results ended up inconclusive and they never returned my phone calls when I questioned why they never tested anything on their "results" since I had no answer. Wish I would have taken her to an actual vet so I didn't have to incinerate my pet for no answers. Not to mention they slapped me a bill for $100 in the mail. Waste of money. Do NOT bring your pet birds here!!!!
