We brought our furbaby in for bee and wasp desensitisation treatment at ADC Balcatta. The team were very professional and caring. They explained what they were going to do, gave a sms update msg on the day and also explained how the day went when I went to pick up. They have followed up the day after the treatment to see how my furbaby is going and also appreciated the photos they took of her during her treatment! They showed lots of care and love and had no issues!
Bosley loves going to see everyone at the clinic. Everyone in the clinic are warm and caring. I know he is in the best of hands. Thanks you all

Really disappointed in this clinic. Feel like they’ve palmed us off! This has been a really stressful time for all of us and we have done everything they told us to do but her skin was getting worse! Our first consult was great because we finally thought we could manage this and the dermatologist was confident this could be managed too. Our poor Roxy has been through hell, she’s put on so much weight and lethargic. It didn’t feel right pumping her with all these drugs but we did what they told us to do.
