Both my dogs have attended this clinic. Ear cleaning should really only be done with otoscopes and it seems only specialist clinics have them. The nurses are extremely competent and have an email contact that I have often used for information and clarification. Saved unnecessary visits. Vets are professional, dog and people friendly. I have been attending this clinic for years.
Took our bullmastiff here after the vet gave up on his skin complaints after months and months of expensive treatment. Dr mandy seen him and told us what was wrong with him within 20 minutes. He is now on new meds and looks better after only a week. Wish we had come here sooner. Update to follow but very impressed so far. Update after 1month my dog is back to perfect.
