Very knowledgeable and they make sure you know they care. They follow up if you don’t They even have this little white board they write your pet’s name on in the exam room you’re in. I drew some extra doodles on there and they were still there the next time I came in.
Dr Simpson as well as the staff are great. They are not just a vet and vet techs they are true animal lovers. Definitely an expert in dermatology and works with you to get our dog’s allergies under control
I had an excellent experience at Animal Dermatology Clinic in Wheaton with my dog, Cozmo. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They took the time to make both Cozmo and me feel comfortable, and I never felt rushed at any point during the visit. Dr Simpson and the entire staff are fantastic. He really took the time to give a perspective of different treatment options to help our cat. We brought her in due to allergies and GI issues. Our primary vet recommended Animal Dermatology Clinic and Dr Simpson. The staff was very knowledgeable and also helped make the entire visit an excellent experience.
The best staff around! I highly recommend Dr Simpson and his staff if your pet has any skin issues. I honestly feel Dr Simpson saved our dog. He was miserable, and now is happy and healthy.
