Like most specialty vets, this was not a cheap visit. That being said, every single person I interacted with was friendly and kind. They share space with Garden State Vet, but they are not associated with them thankfully. The veterinarian and technician were both amazingly kind and patient with my very panicky dog, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The one star can stay because the office staff does a good job. All of the negatives are for the doctor and treatment. We brought our dog in to have a spot on her chest looked at, Dr. Lee suggested we do a punch biopsy to find out what it was. It turned out to be bacterial and she got a terrible infection at the biopsy site. How a skin doctor does not know what a bacterial skin infection looks like is beyond me; she was more worried about learning her little apple metaphor than actually learning about skin conditions. Dr Fiona Lee saw my pooch today. Super professional, knowledgeable and educational. She explained the posible causes, testing and treatment options for Chip’s intense itching. She answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her!
Excellent care and devotion to my dog. They were thorough in her examination. Provided many options and were honest about expectations and results. They actually care and follow up to see how your dog is doing. I recommend them highly. Oh yeah the place is really clean.
