City needed some dental work and their staff was incredible from start to finish. He’s recovering well and they gave me good tips, too! Highly recommend Dr. MJ and her team.
Everyone at this office was fantastic. My cat has a variety of health issues and I came to them specifically for their in-house anesthesiologist, fast surgery time, and exceptional expertise. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to sit and work on my laptop from an extra exam room so I could be nearby for updates on the process. Our experience with Animal Dental Care & Oral Surgery was truly great, from Kendra at the front desk to our technician, Jessica, and Dr. Redman. We felt listened to and heard, and we knew Kai was in good hands throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent both before and after dropping Kai off. Jessica explained everything thoroughly, and Dr. Redman conducted her assessment with us in the room. Dr. Redman is very calm and pleasant. Once she evaluated my dog's mouth under sedation, she chose do perform a more conservative and less expensive procedure. My dog recovered quickly and is doing well.
