mj Took My Eskie here to get trimmed up for the summer. Nails trimmed, flea bathed and trimmed down. So When I got her back Brittani and I noticed that she looked stupid. Her face was all uneven. One side was longer than the other and her head was uneven. She looked like they had taken different sizes of clippers and used them at different spots. very patient and tolerable of all behaviors In response to the bad review, it was the day after a holiday when she had called and the groomer did not respond in a timely manner due to the extremely busy schedule and we did apologize for that. The dog did have an uneven cut due to the fact my groomer being snapped at continuously. The groomer would have told her in person had the owner picked her dog up when we informed her she was finished, but it was the groomers last dog and therefore could not wait the extra time until sh... read more
A great groomer!!! This is a pet store where they clean pets. Anyone who ecpects to walk in there and it smell like victorias secret is just not that intelligent. They are fair priced and they do a great job. They are always friendly and courtious.
the animal crackers I went into the store to get a lizard and was very shocked on how well they treat the pets..I was very impressed with the love they give each and everyone of them..They were very helpful and they also seem to know what they are talking about and don't just let you leave the store without good instructions on how to take care of your pet..I am very happy with the store and plan to keep going to it!
Great People & Great Service The people were wonderful! My dog was so handsome when he was done. He was washed, trimmed, and nails done for only $25! It was a great place and I highly recommend going. I'm going to take my dog there to get washed instead of doing it myself.
Yikes This store is ok. It is extremely dirty and there is dog hair on the shelves and on products. It is extremely crowded. Also, I understand that it is a pet store, but it really smelled ridiculously, like the animal cages aren't cleaned properly.
not the greatest I haven't been to there newest store but when they were on 272 so service sucked. They were not nice, the store was so crowded that you couldn't move around too easily. It was also very dirty. I have not been back since and don't plan too.
