I ordered an item that didn't work and asked if I could exchange it for something different and was told no. So mad that I'm out that money plus the $14.95 shopping fee! The description of the item said it would work for my needs and that wasn't true!
I purchased a few times from them quick shipping, I also had a problem with a trap I purchased no fault of there's I emailed they responded very quickly fixed the problem will continue to support there business and highly recommend
