This is not a urgent care! They refused to help my 40 pound dog that had been snake bit. Don't waste your time find you a Vet!
Rude receptionist
Whoever the front desk woman is taking the phone calls is mean and rude. I called wanting advice and she stopped me immediately and shut me down, while I was being nice to her. Just go to a different vet if you can.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if I was some kind of alien when I walked in. I had my Chihuahua in my arms. Something was wrong with his legs. He couldn’t walk. I asked if someone could look at him and she said I didn’t have an appointment so therefore I couldn’t see the vet. No one was even there to be seen yet.
