Rude receptionist
Whoever the front desk woman is taking the phone calls is mean and rude. I called wanting advice and she stopped me immediately and shut me down, while I was being nice to her. Just go to a different vet if you can.
If I could leave zero stars I would. The receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if I was some kind of alien when I walked in. I had my Chihuahua in my arms. Something was wrong with his legs. He couldn’t walk. I asked if someone could look at him and she said I didn’t have an appointment so therefore I couldn’t see the vet. No one was even there to be seen yet. Dr. Newton has been our family’s vet for many years now. She is an outstanding vet and a good person! She goes above and beyond and sincerely loves her job. I live right outside of Birmingham and still drive to Fayette for her to see all of my pets. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
