The staff at the Animal Clinic of Tower Drive are all so friendly and personable. You and your pet are treated like you are their family. They are so sincere and compassionate about the care of your pet. They always follow up to make sure everything is going well and reassure you that they are there if you need them. We had to say goodbye to my dad's best friend this morning. Her illness happened over the course of 3 days. Never in my life will I ever forget the kindness and compassion shown to us and especially my father by everyone in that office. And I will always remember how when my dad left the room heartbroken they were right there for him. I will always be grateful to you for this.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area and exam room. No evidence of urine marking, stained floors or upholstery, or scratched up furniture. The decor was very tasteful; it almost looked too nice for a place where animal messes are to be expected. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Hewlitt was very thorough and caring. So glad to find a clinic that offers alternative treatments like acupuncture, that is so close to home.
I have been to several vets in the area over the years, but when a friend recommended Tower Drive I tried it out and loved it. Appointment times are kept, staff are wonderful, vets are knowledgeable and will take time to talk about and answer questions. At my first visit Dr Hewlett coame in and got down on the floor to become acquainted with Kimba. That meant a lot to me. I recommend them to everybody!

Cannot say enough about the doctors and staff at Animal Clinic at Tower Drive. We just had to put down our precious kitty and everyone was so compassionate, warm and caring, during such an emotional time. We cannot thank them enough. Wouldn't bring our pets anywhere else. They truly care for animals and their keepers. Shows through all the way. Thank you so much.
