Animal Clinic of Spring Grove nearly killed our 2-year old puppy pug. What was supposed to be a routine vaccination turned into a nightmare that continues to this day (about 1 year later). Without informed consent, Dr. C. proceeded to administer several vaccinations one after the other. That night our pup became lethargic with vomiting and a loss of appetite. I have an English bulldog, named Max who has allergy and skin issues. When I took him to this clinic the doctor was very knowledgeable about my dogs problems. He prescribed different medications, and Max has since improved dramatically. Very pleased with my experience and this clinic, highly recommended!
I've been taking my pets to this clinic for a couple of years now, I haven't had one disappointing experience. The doctors and staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, you always feel like your pet is in the hands of very caring and professional people. Doctor C. is very patient and gentle with your pet, he takes the time to make sure all your questions and concerns have been answered. The facility is well kept and clean.
