My baby rabbit Butters had a very traumatic injury and I had called everyone within an hour of my house for someone to help him. FINALLY someone suggested them, I didn't even know about them. The lady at the front desk asked maybe 2 questions, put me on hold for a few seconds and told me to head that way. They were so understanding about him, took great care of him. Got him right in.
