They are rude, over the phone.
Got a stray cat and wanted to clean the teeth, shots, and maybe a couple extractions. I simply wanted a rough price of what to expect. No way. The receptionist clearly refused to talk any prices without exam. I have to pay 30-50 dollars just to find out how much more I have to pay?? It seems this vet is very reluctant to give an estimate of the cost and that means it is going to be expensive, expensive, expensive. I bet the vet is not reluctant to demand payment. Avoid, I smell a vet that wants another Lexus.
