When Dr. Neff owned it it was best around. After he retired, went straight to hell. Expensive and not so much about tbe animal, but open hours and time. Was a customer all the way back to Dr. Idtse. Almost 50 years ago. What they put my dogs final visit thru wasnheart wrenching. Broken hearted for ever. No recommendation coming from me. I could write a love story about past experiences between Dr. Neff and my dogs. Think twice. My son left, went to Jefferson.
