Made an appointment for my dog, was not told I could not go in with him to the appointment. He gets nervous at his exams and it didn’t help that the assistant that they sent out to collect him seemed scared of my dog. She didn’t want to pick him up and proceeded to try and drag him from the seat in the car to the ground. This freaked him out more and he started flailing and got off his leash and took off. My senior aged Rottweiler was showing me signs that she was not feeling well at all. I could not get Kacie up and moving on her own. I decided to make a change in vet clinics and take her to Dr. Harrer. I was extremely impressed with the thorough examination! For once I felt like my vet actually cared and wanted to help Kaice Girl. I was not just another number. Dr. Harrer found 4 issues that we were unaware of. Dr Cary was so patient and very loving with buster. Her and the staff took their time to get to know buster and gain his trust. Amazing people
My family and I have been taking our fur babies to Dr. Harrer for years now. I even moved out to La Vista and refuse to go anywhere besides this place because of how well treated my dog is by all the staff!
I love every one at the clinic. They took such good care of my Bella after she swallowed medicine that fell on the floor. God bless those working hands.
