I went in because my dog had an emergency. They told me to come back the next morning. When I arrived the next morning, they refused to see my dog even though they told me to come back! They wasted my money that I had to spend on 4 ubers, they wasted my time, and they put my health at risk since I am immunocompromised and high risk. TERRIBLE PLACE.
Dr. Ninette Ibrahim has been the most emphatic veterinarian doctor besides Dr. Alexandru that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting & trusting my 2 Furry Babies - Loki & Baby Girl Into their care (who are the most amazing Turkish Angora breed cats who I have been fortunate enough to have them for 17 & a half years & counting).... Dr. Ibrahim was so compassionate & showed me so much love when I was upset about my Loki’s prognosis. I have seen both Dr. Ibrahim & Dr. Mastrangelo in this clinic. They are both knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is also great!
