Always get us in for appt. within few days of calling. Receptionist is always pleasant and helpful.
Very friendly and experienced staff and Doctors who know my fur baby JoJo very well.
I was not able to visit because Antioch animal clinic is closed on Sundays. And I will also add this vet refused to see my puppy in a life or death emergency and would not accept payment from SPCA whom was working with us to save itsy boo so no from my 911 experience, for the race of time to save her this vet did not care about saving her so no don't do business here you'll gamble with your animals life with these people. Staff will lie right to your face. They told us we would need two appointments. we double and triple asked to confirm the our dog only needed two visits, and they said repeatedly "yes, only two visits are needed". So we came back for the second visit and were introduced with "would you like to set up your next appointment now?" where my wife replied "No. You guys told us that we only needed two appointments" and the lady replied "Two? NO you will need four more appointments"> We turned around and left without the second appo... read more
