This has been the best experience I've had yet when it comes to vets! I had to help my pet rat over the rainbow bridge and EVERY one from the moment I called to the moment I left was so empathetic, kind, considerate, & informative! I hope one day they can expand closer to my neighborhood, but until then I will be travelling the extra miles for my pet care!!!
I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to show my appreciation for the excellent care this clinic provides our pup. the clinic was recommended to us by a friend and we have been taking our dog there for a few years now. Dr. Mckenzie is very thorough, understands how precious our dog is to us, and has taken excellent care of her. All of the staff has been excellent as well. Helpful and kind staff made our dog feel as comfortable as he could. The treatment was reasonable and explained well.
I have gone to several different vets over the years but these ladies are the best. Our new puppy had significant health issues and everyone at this clinic supported us and gave all they had to get him through it. By God's grace alone he survived and we love visiting.
Very thorough and seem very knowledgeable. Overpriced. Could be more organized in the office. Dr. Jennifer Cortright is a very good doctor, I trust her. I also like Dr. McKenzie. All doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I must say, the Vet Tech, Shelly, was amazing. She eased my worries. The clerical staff is friendly, however they are not as organized as they should be.
