Wow, what a terrific experience. First visit here and the staff were incredible. Very friendly and thorough. Informative and not pushy about treatments. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you need a vet.
This place is amazing! Not looking to rip you off at all and absolutely has a passion to help your pet! From the first impression, Dr Clemons came in and sat right on the ground w Goldie who was so nervous. This little step of compassion was our first sense of relief knowing we were now in the right place for the care of our senior dog. Courtney was our tech and also beyond words amazing. The best vet I’ve been to in the Valley! After many overpriced visits and needless procedures, I am so happy we came across this place! The vet tech was very transparent about all the prices and each procedure, letting me know which ones were more optional and which were recommended. Dr. Minick was amazing, so sweet and calm with our nervous pup! And they followed up to see how he was doing after the vaccinations. Great experience overall!
My dog and I had a great experience today with Dr. Clemons and Courtney! We have been to other vets in the area, and it is clear that the staff at this clinic are true animal lovers. I also appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the receptionist, as well as the transparency and fairness on pricing, which is incredibly important and uncommon especially in this area. Thank you to the staff again for the wonderful appointment!
