I can’t say enough good things about Animal Care West. Dr. Escalon and his team are truly exceptional. After my dog went through a traumatic experience at the groomer, Dr. Escalon made time between appointments to help rebuild her tail and ensure she was as comfortable as possible. The level of compassion and care they showed went above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be switching to this clinic going forward, highly recommend.
Je n’irais plus jamais ailleurs. Le personnel travail pour le bien être des animaux et non pour l’argent. Toujours présent pour répondre aux questions, accommode les rendez vous à la dernière minutes. Service exceptionnel, un des pires sentiments chez un vétérinaire est de se sentir comme si le vet est un vendeur plus qu'un docteur. J'ai vécu exactement le contraire à cette clinique. J'ai dû ramener mon chien pour une deuxième radiographie de son estomac puisqu'il était très dur de voir s'il y avait un blocage. Après avoir vu sa deuxième radiographie le lendemain, on m'a dit qu'il avait un blocage dans l'estomac et qu'il fallait l'opérer.
