The front desk ladies are incredibly rude you can’t even get a sentence out without them interrupting you, the vet just does whatever she wants. She doesn’t listen to what you want done for your pet. They don’t explain anything to you. They pet shame you if your dog has something going on with them but yet you can only get an appointment once in a blue moon when the vet is there once a month so if something seriously wrong, you might as well go to a new vet. I’ve gone here twice in each time was a horrible experience.

We boarded our two big dogs here 4 days while we biked on the Lake Okeechobee Scenic/Florida Trail. Our dogs were very happy there, so we were also. The price is reasonable and the money goes toward their nonprofit vet clinic services.

This post is on the behalf of my mother. During my mom’s last visit she was treated poorly (and mentioned there had been issues prior). She is 70 years old and was bringing her cat in for some antibiotics. The antibiotics were supposed to last a week and they lasted 5 days. She went back and told them calmly the medication did not last the full 7 days. The receptionist was seemingly annoyed and insulted after my mom told her that.
