I’m a 67 yo Family practice doc in Ponte vedra since 1985. I started using Animal care of PV many years ago after having issues with another vet in the sawgrass area. I started with Dr waters and have stayed thru the transition to new owners as it was always clean , professional , and close in case of emergency. I have a 10.5 year old dachshund who has had issues with eczema and some staph skin infections. Bruiser has been to this office since his first exam at 6 weeks old! Fabulous staff and very accommodating. My furbaby needs sedation to receive care and they have been extremely patient, loving and accepting of her needs. Highly recommend their team for all your veterinary needs!
We had come to Animal Care of PV originally because of Dr. Neuman, who has since moved on. We’ve recently worked with (3) Vets there, McKee, Morales, and Benitez(sp?) and found them all to be professional, competent, attentive and dog lovers. What at first was apprehension has become true appreciation. In addition the staff of Jeff, Sarah, Abigail, Sally and others have been excellent
Good Vets, but never available when you need them. We've been coming here for 5+ years with our large German Shepherd with allergy issues. On our last visit (two weeks ago) Dr. Benitez told us that after we finished our steroid taper, we should "just call and you can come in any time for a Tech Visit" to get the usual Cytopoint allergy injection.
