I recently visited this clinic for what should have been a simple appointment. My dog was shaking her head, and I suspected an ear infection. From the moment we went in the back, the nurses and doctor seemed very unfriendly, and the doctor spoke to me in a condescending tone that made me feel talked down to rather than helped.
