We called in advance with a very old, very sick (dying dog). The front desk staff and Techs were amazing. That is the two stars. The vet Dr Olson herself lied on what treatment she gave. She never offered Euthanasia (like her notes read). Instead told us our beloved pet was good to go home on $200 of treatment because they were closing at 6pm and if we needed something through the night there was always the ER. Very caring and friendly staff.. I've taken my other cats there for spaying and neutering, and each case has gone as smoothly as can be.
