We had a schedule appointment. We showed up for our appointment, but the doctor refused to see us. We were waiting to see the doctor in the back room. The doctor flat our refused to see us. We asked 3 times if we can see or speak to the doctor. The doctor wasted our time and we didn't receive an explanation. Never use this place.
Gotta say it. My dogs like it here. Bring cash. It's cheaper. They'll help you figure out the best option for you, your pet, and your budget.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not one to post about poor experiences or use the internet as a sounding board but I do not recommend anyone takes their pet to this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a neuter consult over the phone asking for a consult and a breakdown of pricing and after a thorough phone call I was told $350 for everything including a microchip. Imagine my shock when I walked out receiving a range quote of $400-616. On the phone I was initially told the visit for the consult would be $50 only ... read more
