First I need to say: thank you to Sabrina and Dr. temple. I have traveled the world from Canada to USA, Dubai, Europe and I live in each country rescuing dogs or transporting. I have never found a Vet who was more caring, knowledgeable and genuinely a good person. She assisted in a global move with my dog who was 32 pounds from USA to Paris to Germany to Dubai then now assisting in a new one. I will truly miss you! Thank you!!
We had a schedule appointment. We showed up for our appointment, but the doctor refused to see us. We were waiting to see the doctor in the back room. The doctor flat our refused to see us. We asked 3 times if we can see or speak to the doctor. The doctor wasted our time and we didn't receive an explanation. Never use this place.
Gotta say it. My dogs like it here. Bring cash. It's cheaper. They'll help you figure out the best option for you, your pet, and your budget.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I am not one to post about poor experiences or use the internet as a sounding board but I do not recommend anyone takes their pet to this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a neuter consult over the phone asking for a consult and a breakdown of pricing and after a thorough phone call I was told $350 for everything including a microchip.
