I love this clinic, Dr. Boyd, and his staff. I've been searching throughout the High Desert to find this kind of vet and supportive staff. He explains everything very thoroughly. His tech Ashley was so kind and was meticulous with reading my pup's medical history from vets down the hill. Front desk staff were also efficient and empathetic. The clinic was clean, parking lot spacious, and grassy area in the back shaded area clean. Dr. Boyd clearly takes great pride in his clinic. I recommend them highly.
Boyd and staff are fake. Awfully caring and “understanding” until they see no financial benefit. This has been multiple times now.. I’d love to get into details, but.. After visiting yesterday concerned for my animal, Boyd changed my mind for the visit.. when that decision became a horrendous one, they said they cannot help, “Emergency is your only option” didn’t even glance at Astrid… the “lovely”manager didn’t even tell me the ER won’t be open for 12 more hours…. Best vet in the high desert by far! He is our vet we have 3 dogs, very professional doctor highly trustworthy and has a great staff.
DR. Boyd is awesome ! He took care of our pet very quickly gently, and was very polite to us and explained everything! Not to mention, the staff is very friendly, quick and efficient, and also very respectful and polite super helpful!
I am always impressed with the level of care & professionalism provided by Dr. Boyd and his team. Truly the best. From "dietary indiscretions" to hyperactivity at the vet, they handle it all, and I am grateful.
