STEER CLEAR OF THIS VET PRACTICE!!. You will need to visit at least once every two years or they drop you from their files and will not allow you back for any reason! I called to book an appointment for a dog who was in distress. Since we hadn't been there in 2 years we were told we MUST go elsewhere. RecommendedI love this place! The Dr. and staff are all very friendly. They treat your pets like they would their own, and they're affordable! I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
I did not have a veterinarian in this area. My 10 year old Golden was sick. The Animal Care Hospital got my dog in the same day. They were so caring and compassionate. Their process for dealing with the virus concerns worked smoothly. I am very happy with the care my dog got, and the excellent communication with the vet herself. They are now my go-to for vet care. They will also see my 2 year old Golden should the need arise. Thank you SO MUCH!
Dr. Hopkinson is absolutely amazing and compassionate. She was so caring when our cat Andy passed away last year and today when our poodle was hit by a car. I will never go anywhere else again.
In Loving Memory My loving pet, best friend and partner of 12.7 years was aging right before my eyes and yet I was clearly in denial as I refused to accept. I was selfish and did not want to let go. Einstein was a Therapy Dog and we met Dr. Hopkinson 2 years ago for an examine. You could feel her compassion instantly and so could he. Great care for our dog, never any problem.
Thank you to Animal Care Hospital for taking care of our Jake over the last couple years. You made his senior years much easier. We did laser treatments and meds to give him some relief and everyone of the staff were so good to him and patient with him. When the time came to say goodbye, you all were so kind and compassionate. We just got a beautiful card signed by the staff, which means more than you know. Dr. Hopkinson & the entire staff are wonderful. Whether routine or urgent visits, as well as final difficult arrangements, they show individual attention and care to both animals and their humans. Even after moving to Williamsport, I have no inclination to change. 💜🐾
