I now realize that this office does not genuinely care about all animals. My dog has been a patient here for 13 years. When I called their office on 6/24/20 after holding for 20 minutes, I finally was able to speak with someone. After explaining my fur baby's health situation (emergency), I was informed that they would not be able to get her in for 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS they expected her to wait with a medical emergency. After 12 years my companion and I have left this practice. The new management does not realize that if you are on the phone, your dog is still in need. After several phone calls for assistance, Chrystal promised to call me right back. Never heard from her! This went on for two week! Luv the Dr.s but the she-devil Alex is still there. I'm sure she sabotaged my efforts to get assistance. This place has gone down the tubes since Amanda left. No care for a decade + client. ☹️

RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about this center yesterday we had to put our Golden Retriever down who was 13.5 and Dr Shane could not have been more gentle and compassionate he made sure to explained everything they were going to do, also Tina is one of the best groomers around she cuts our yorkie hair perfect! Thank you to a wonderful center for all our animals needs

RecommendedJust had our Zander's teeth cleaned during the November special! They took such great care of him, he is home sleeping it off, and his teeth look amazing! I love the staff and feel very comfortable with them taking good care of our pup. We have been going here almost 7 years ☺️
Tina does a fantastic job on my Lizzie wouldn't take her anywhere else!!Picked her up today after a day of her having "her hair did" she looks wonderful!!
