After my two boys, Tens and Kit (kittens), were neutered there, one boy had a complication. On 7/22/16, I walked in without an appointment as my boy was hurting. The receptionist was squatted in front of her child. when I told her my boy was hurting, she responded with looking at her child, shrugging her shoulders and saying "shouldn't even come in the door without an appointment." I have always taken my cats to Animal Care Clinic here in Prescott. Everyone has been very kind, and you can tell they all love animals, and love what they do to help. My pets have always received the best of care. I highly recommend them. 5 Stars all the way! Robin N. Holmes
Do not take your bunny to Dr Coburn!!! Your Bunny will die!!! Warning!!! Not recommended for bunnies!!!We took our sick bunny to see Dr Coburn because his sign says exotic pet clinic. She was very sick and had not eaten in over 24 hours (an emergency in bunnies). He took X-rays, told us that she had a hair ball then Rxed meds and mineral oil. We wanted a second opinion and so we requested the X-rays but he refused to give us the xrays saying they are hospital property. We consulted with another vet. Turned out the meds would... read more
We adopted a rescue dog a little over a year ago, and we took her to Dr. Ferrens at Animal Care clinic to have her spayed. After the procedure, Jaida (our dog) became very ill, and Dr. Ferrens made a house call on her day off to come and take care of Jaida, who was apparently allergic to the stitches. After such a positive experience with the clinic, we continued to take Jaida there until we moved to Tucson, and also saw her partner, Dr. Coburn, and he too was absolutley delightful.
