We were able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Goswami did a great job of advising us, despite our not being able to meet face-to-face because of COVID-19. He asked us to give him a week to see if he could turn the situation around. He was so kind that he even offered to feed the cat with a tongue depressor if we couldn't. Amazing staff and office, Molly been a patient for the past 3 years. They don’t try to sell you what you do not need. Highly recommend for all your fur babies needs.
What an amazing office. All of the staff were compassionate and truly care for the animals. Dr. Finley was amazing. She explained everything including the costs and the reason for certain tests. She never pressured us into unnecessary tests. We left our previous Vet because we felt as they were continually trying to upsell thousands of dollars per year in tests and would guilt you if you didn't do those tests. The time they take with my grumpy kitty.
2nd experience with this clinic and both times I had fantastic service. They clearly care about pets and cheerfully put up with me calling like 5 times during my pets procedure. Very happy with this clinic.
