DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC. They tell you all kinds of things you need . I took my cat there for a sore on his neck. I got a estimate of $300.00. They told me he had to stay overnight. Well the bill was $900.00.something needs to be done about this vet that takes advantage of people. I am 70 years old and still work 40 plus hours a week. I live paycheck to paycheck.

Don't take your animal to Dr. Zamora. He will insist the pet needs to stay for routine test and charge 70 a day plus office fees to leave in a crate. you must sign a 'I will pay all' and even though I wrote on estimate that I wanted to be called prior to any other tests being done, I was told I couldn't write anything on their form. I was never called, my calls were never returned and my bill was $ 150 more than what was quoted. Dr. Zamora wanted to keep my dog for 3 more days for IV fluids although he was unable to diagnose... read more

I took my Poodle there to have his ears checked.His ears were really red. He cleaned the hair out of his ears and cleaned his teeth. By the 4th visit my dogs ear problem was still there. I was out about 2.000 dollars and ears still are not well. Oh by the way. He told me to come get my dog at 6pm. When I went to pick him up he said He had to stay the night. Poor service and Poor pet care – The first year I took my 2 dogs there, I was very pleased with the service, the receptionists were very pleasant and the Dr. seemed to really care. Subsequent visits were not good at all (I rescued 2 more dogs so I was there often for a period of time). The new desk girls were rude and unattentive and I never got to see Dr.Zamora, I had to always deal with the techs, which were very nice, but I just felt that my dogs were not important enough to warrant a show from the Dr. himself. Great attention to detail! – I took my cat there to get her fixed, and the DVM and his assistants took such great care of my Cabella. I wanted to make sure that she was healthy since I found her on the side of the road, and they did just that. It turned out that Cabella had an upper respiratory infection and her white blood count was off, which meant that she could have Kitty Leukemia! PET DESERVES BETTER – If you have won the lotto or just have money to burn, be prepared to commit to a high estimate on your pet--they get you to sign a form before tests are run. Oh...and be sure to CALL THEM--BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU. And if your pet dies in their care--YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL THEM TO LEARN ABOUT IT. NO JOKE--JUST A FACT. Sorry I went there – This is the vet you go to when you have nothing else to do with your money--and have LOTS of it. I took my cat in to this clinic, and everytime I turned around, they demanded more money for supplies and services I already paid for. My cat was treated for ringworm, and it cost almost $1,000. I held my tongue until they charged me for services I already paid for and tried to send home supplies I already purchased. I will never go to this clinic again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE – This is an information bulletin posted for all the parents who use Dr. Carlos Zamora for there Veterinarian. BE CAREFUL....That is what I have to say. I have found out that Dr. Zamora let's his unlicensed technicians sedated our pets. He also lets his unlicensed technicians perform surgical procedures and dentals on our pets WITHOUT SUPERVISION. There are also days when Dr. Zamora doesn't come into the office at all. He has his technicians call him when cases come in and he plays doctor over the ... read more
