All the employees are very caring and knowledgeable people, they take the job of animal care serious and give 100 percent of their efforts in treating all animals!
My senior dog got very sick in the middle of the night. We took him to the ER vet and unfortunately had to have him euthanized. I emailed the clinic when we got home (it was 2 am) to let them know and I have never had any response from them. Now I just feel like they really didnt care much about my pet, we were just $$ to them and they cant even bother to acknowledge that our family member passed and is no longer their client. We made the mistake of taking our pup to a certain well known vet clinic for his first exam and the entire time they did not do any kind of exam and just tried to sell sell sell their puppy plan. Absolutely no care. So we brought him to ACC and WOW what a difference! Everyone was so friendly and I could tell that Dr. Janie has nothing but love and care for her job and for our pup. We left feeling confident that our boy is in good hands!
