We started with Princeton Animal Care when we lived a bit closer, and have stuck with them because they are compassionate, responsive and worth the extra drive to have cost effective care that treats our animals like family.
Staff is phenomenal, they treat you like family and take great care of your pet. Doctor is highly knowledgeable with great bedside manner and a caring heart. Even the ladies at the front desk are delightful. I won't be going anywhere else. Ever.
Took my cat here after he was injured and the staff was amazing! Very good to my cat and doctor was very thorough with his exam. It was a very emotional time for me and they were very considerate of that.
Staff was nice, but insanely expensive, which is not reflected in any extra special care. My dog needs a monthly shot and they charge for an office visit. Every. Single. Time. We just moved to the area and my dog had been receiving these shots elsewhere for two years. Just charged for the shot. Same in Batavia and Kewanee. Just the shot. Not here. Plus, they charged $30 more for the exact medication as anywhere else. So, for me and my sweet dog, at least, not worth the jacked up cost for okay care I can get anywhere else for... read more
