Staff was nice, but insanely expensive, which is not reflected in any extra special care. My dog needs a monthly shot and they charge for an office visit. Every. Single. Time. We just moved to the area and my dog had been receiving these shots elsewhere for two years. Just charged for the shot. Same in Batavia and Kewanee. Just the shot. Not here. Plus, they charged $30 more for the exact medication as anywhere else. So, for me and my sweet dog, at least, not worth the jacked up cost for okay care I can get anywhere else for... read more
Great staff very welcoming and informative
What a wonderful vet clinic. The staff and doctors are so compassionate. We took 1 of our dogs Bear in for surgery and they took great care of him. We would highly recommend taking any dogs here.
Wonderful people and thank you Nancy for the help. Such a beautiful place and very reasonable. My cat got spayed there and he’s doing amazing
