We are new comers to Wiggins and had three dogs at the time of our arrival in Feb. of this year. Two of them had on going health issues and we already knew that one of them had congestive heart failure so understandably we were concerned about the level of care we would be able to find here. I had resolved to continue giving my chihuahua his heart meds for as long as he continued to have some quality of life.
