Dr. Genereux and her team are truly wonderful! We have been clients for many years and have both welcomed and said goodbye to pets in that time. Dianne has always provided the very best care, listening to any concerns without dismissing them and taking the time to explain treatment options. The love of animals is obvious in the kindness and compassion shown by everyone at the clinic and we feel very grateful that our fur babies are looked after by such dedicated professionals.
We brought our 8wk old puppy home Aug 25 and after a week we had to bring her into the Animal Care Centre as she was lethargic and not eating/drinking. The staff was amazing and Dr Dianne Genereux was thorough in examination. She explained the procedures she wanted to complete and gave a price breakdown of all. Very professional and understanding.
