Called at 11 am for antibiotics and pain meds for a calf called back at 4pm prescriptions weren’t filled called at 5pm still not filled. Better off going elsewhere they have enough business I suppose.
5/5 stars. I have never had a vet that had excellent customer service for my dog, but for me also. Buddy was extremely sick, went critical with him also getting pneumonia and "Quality of life" came up (2x). Day 8, he still would not eat on his own, 5 days. Jackie Elgert, DVM & Jodi Vistr, DVM were exceptional in helping me bring Buddy back to life with showing me how to give him meds and getting some food in him (110 Syringes of liquid food in 2.5 days, 1 every 15 minutes in his mouth (He was not impressed), by Day 12 he ate... read more
This clinic has been incredible with my meat rabbits. While they weren’t originally very familiar with meat rabbits, they’ve gone out of their way to research and learn. They even had the pharmacy compound livestock medications into bunny-sized doses for my herd! As a wheelchair user, I’m always impressed that they meet me outside to help and hold doors without me even asking. Outstanding care and compassion every time.
This vet clinic is absolutely amazing!!! They were wonderful from start to finish. My dog needed a dental cleaning and some teeth extractions. They made sure to explain everything to me, called me when Sadie's dental surgery was over to update me and even sent me an update with a photo once she woke up!!! They took very good care of her and the price was amazing!!! Thank you so much to everyone for taking care of Sadie so well!!!
