I had an appointment on a Saturday morning at 11:30 AM for my dog to have a heartworm test and to drop off a stool sample. I arrived exactly on time and was immediately disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. I greeted the two receptionists with a “hello” upon entering, no response. I then said “good morning,” and was still ignored. As an office manager myself, I find this completely unacceptable. I had such a wonderful experience at Animal Care Center! The staff was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me valuable information about how to care for a rescued dog. Their dedication truly shines through.
