Every time I called, I was greeted and treated very courteously. When I had to bring in my young cat to be spayed, I was having back problems, and they even came out to receive her from the car and brought her out to the car, when the surgery was completed, and explained all the paperwork at the car! Their prices are very fair, also. Every person I have talked to there has been too notch. Also, when I looked for the surgery site, I could hardly find it because the surgeon did such an amazing job. Staff was great, let me know how Binx my cat was doing, kept me updated as it was her first experience boarding.
My dog needed emergency surgery and the whole staff was so kind and caring and my thanks hoes out to each of them, especially Dr. Steve Stelma who went above and beyond in her surgery and care. Thank you all
