They just need to be more organized with the dogs items. I wouldn't call this a doggy hotel.
They squeezed me in late on a Friday with as an emergency when my Chihuahua hurt her foot out hiking. The tech and vet were great. I would recommend this place.
My family and I have been clients at Animal Care Center for 10+ years and let me tell you, I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. I can call them on the phone and no matter the concern they are always there for me. I couldn't be more blessed with such an amazing group of professionals. I am always in amazement at this awesome clinic. Thumbs up all the way Animal Care Center!!!!!!!
The manager at the clinic apologized for sending reminders to have my poor kitten vaccinated, and I accepted their apology. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. I took 3 kittens in who have eye infections last week and the staff were all very caring and concerned. Update: I thought they were concerned, but it turns out they weren't actually. I called yesterday to tell them that two of the kittens are not responding to the treatment prescribed. They have been on a course of antibiotics for 5 or 6 days. Not sure if th... read more
