RecommendedEvery staff member signed a card for me after the passing of my fur baby and they sent her paw print that I didn’t know they had done! The nicest gift I’ve ever received❤️
Although due to Covid 19 we were not allowed in the facility, Dr. Patton did an amazing job with our leopard gecko. He had a prolapse and abscess. If he has any further issues in the future we will definitely go back.

Animal Care Associates has always been amazing. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet. They are compassionate & thorough. We had an appointment today for a bordetella booster. Someone came out to our car to get my dog. They gave her the vaccination, charged my credit card & brought her back out to me. During this pandemic, thank you so much for providing top notch service for our extended family members.
Helped us save some wild rabbits that our dogs found in our fenced-in yard. I wish I had known about this place years ago, when a baby deer was abandoned near my home. Mom never came back. — in West Hamlin, West Virginia.
I was here Christmas Eve and they were really nice but couldn’t find the issues. Took too another vet two days later and they found bite wound on his leg and under his tail. I wish they would have shaved his leg and hear his tail to figure out the air pockets that was on his X-ray. He was shaved at the 2nd vet and found this. I hate to leave bad review because they were nice at fit us in the schedule. Just hopefully if another cat comes in with air pockets on X-ray that they shave in those areas and look for bite wounds. :( ... read more

We were sorry to read that Tiger had additional problems after he left Animal Care. We clipped the hair around Tiger's prepuce and rectum and were unable to visualize any wounds. We also gave him a broad spectrum antibiotic injection and fluids to help with dehydration. We were unable to determine where the air under Tiger's skin was coming from even after xrays. I have taken my rat there for 2 tumor surgeries and the first one was about 6 months ago. They treated both of us wonderful, the surgery went great and we came home and she made a great recovery. The next one was just a few days ago, the surgery went great and brought her home and of course a little groggy, and the second day she was a little perkier but as the day progressed she became a little lethargic so and later in the evening seemed to have breathing problem, so called them and they said to take her cone off and leave... read more
I have trusted my pets to Animal Care since they opened. They are very caring as well an knowledgeable of new procedures and treatments. I feel that all the staff consider my pets as part of the family.
