I brought my 14-year-old cat here after a tumor was found on his back leg. Surgery was expensive, but we made it happen. They sent me updates and photos after, and Dr. Menard called to explain how it went. When I picked him up, I got clear written post-op instructions and med schedules. I had a follow-up question for the doctor, and she relayed the answer through staff instead of speaking with me directly.
