I was recommended this place for my dog by my vet; seemed promising. I tried to contact these people for over a month, called about 3 times and emailed them twice. I was told I would get a call back early October and still haven't gotten a call back or returned emails! Horrible customer service.
My name is David Mullis, I went to this place for help on an issue I was having with my two dogs. What I received I would compare to what you would get at one of those psychic reading places. Absolutely ripped off from top to bottom. The doctor left the room for approx.. 20 min. after hearing my problem then returned to say there is nothing she can do, not even giving some advice. Caring people that help alot!
Excellent help for dogs with behavioral problems. Really made a difference with my severe aggressive dog.
Despite being difficult to find in it's large strip mall, the advice we got concerning our deaf and very yappy dog was well worth our while. Dr. Levine listens carefully and is a great diagnostician. I'm sorry we didn't bring our dog to her earlier. We would have preserved more of our sanity.
