Dr Trimmer and her staff cared for our dog as if he was the most important and only patient. From the start, the staff were communicative and professional and so warm and welcoming when we finally got to our appointment. Dr Trimmer carefully studied our dog's extensive history, he had a chronic ear infection for over 4 years. Dr Trimmer took the time to explain what she thought could be the issue and included us in every single decision. Dr. Trimmer is the best. Always takes her time with us and explains what she finds and thinks. Just be prepared to wait in your car. Kind of tough on hot Vegas days. Dr. Trimmer's expertise is worth it though.
Dr. Trimmer and her front office staff as well as the technician that helped us were all amazing. Our dog had to come in from out of state and was recommended by our vet. She took the time and care to make sure she explained everything and treated him with compassion and care to remove an ear polyp. Highly recommend!
