We left our dog at the Hawley location for one week. We paid extra for her to receive social time with other dogs. When picking her up, I asked if she had other dogs to play with as there weren’t any at that time and was curious if we were paying for social time, without the social part. The person behind the desk assured she had some play time with others and stated it went well. They ordered food from all the way across town and then they don’t adequately tip their delivery drivers. They have no respect for people who do services for them.
I dropped my pittie Blu off for the day. I got a call around 4pm that he was biting and trying to escape from his kennel, and was injured and bleeding from the mouth. We rushed to pick him up. Upon our arrival, we were quickly informed that he was banned from the kennel. We were told he was a great boy while he was there, no aggression. He just didn’t want to be left alone.
