RecommendedJane: Love being back with you guys. She is not doing well. Threw up her food. Still has diarrhea but I am beginning to think this is just the way it is going to be with an elderly dog. She is sweet happy and does not appear to be in distress. If that changes I will have to reconsider the situation. Right now I think I will need to adapt my behavior to hers. I had a sick dog that hadn't been seen by prah and not only were they kind enough to squeeze her in, they checked on her the next day.
My bully had a severe allergic reaction to some unknown source. They took me in on the same day I called even being a new patient. They were very informative with all that was done. I would highly recommend them!!
They were very informative and polite both over the phone and at appointment. Even though I had to wait outdoors again informative by explaniing everything before taking Noah in and after exam bringing Noah back out to me. The paperwork went to great detail as well. Don't feel I missed out on anything by having to stay outside for obvious safety reasons. Very professional and comfortable experience. Thank you very much.
We’ve taken our dog here since we adopted him and have in 2015 and have had a great experience. All three vets are friendly and knowledgeable and really care for our pup. They always present all the options without pressure or judgment and you can tell they have passion for what they do. Since covid, they’ve kept up with their services well. Our dog always trots in happily, knowing he’ll get lots of pats and treats.
Tried calling and left a message with my number and info. Been a few days and never received a call back..... would not recommend. Go somewhere else where they actually care enough and are professional enough to call their clients back.
