I had a follow up visit with Dr. Mustafa at the UT health and science center in San Antonio. I highly advise other who believe they have cushings to NOT visit this doctor. During my previous visit I brought the doctor paperwork from my previous endocrinologist. This is a specialist “adrenal endocrinologist” so we had to be referred, but she informed me that in her opinion none of my numbers pointed to cushings and she was sure I had PCOS, but she would review with the board of doctors the next week and get back to me.
