The worst front desk I have ever experienced. It seems they consider they are doing us a favor rather than providing a service for which they charge quite handsomely. Try finding their hours of operations. Nothing on their Google page, their office door, their voicemail. Can't blame doc, other than 1 doctor going around 3 to 4 rooms for consults. Please provide yourself a few days or months to verify if your insurance covers this place, as a Harvard educated doctor doesn't take all insurance. I hope they address these soon, ... read more
