I went to this office with a referral from my primary care physician for evaluation of persistent headaches. The visit was unhelpful. Instead of addressing my current symptoms, the doctor focused on requesting medical documentation from over 25 years ago, which was not relevant to my reason for being there. I was terribly disappointed in seeing this Dr. for three months. He really didn’t listen to what I was telling him - his office visit notes indicate testing that he never performed which he noted as all normal. All he did was prescribe medication‘s month after the month increasing the dosage or changing the medication and I had no relief with my pain and now, after seeing an actual Doctor who did testing on me at my very first appointment! RUN RUN RUN PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER LOCATION. Front desk staff is extremely rude lacks customer service acts as if they are doing you service when its appointment time. The person that calls for televisiT treats you likeke you are inferior less than a human. Look for a better opinion Most importantly the doctor ignores everything you say as a patient and he does not treat at all. I wasted 5 months of appointments just to have neurology doctor referral me back to my primary care physician. It crazy that the comments before me... read more
