If anyone is thinking about doing their medical for green card (i-693) please avoid this doctor and their staff. After sending the medical to USCIS I got an RFE (apparently the doctor didn't complete the i-693 form properly) and tried work with them again to send a response back, but Ms Marie (doctor's assistant) started ignoring my calls once I asked her to check with the Doctor about the RFE response. I called from a different number just to see if she was actually ignoring calls from my number and voila, she picked up.
