I have rented from this apartment complex for 1 1/2 years, never had an issue with rent or any other complaints. Anic is terminating my lease because I was accused of displayinghostility and profanity on several instances, which was unacceptable and went against their company standards. On May 5, 2024 I slipped on their muddy sidewalk in front of entrance to my apartment. I enjoyed my 1 year lease at Anic Realty. The customer support was outstanding. Every maintenance proem that arose was dealt with very promptly! That's huge for a resident/renter. The staff was very helpful and Bernard Anic the landlord was aa very nice guy. The apartment was very clean, no bugs ( another huge plus!!!) and there were quite hours after about 10 pm, so no noisy nights! Another huge plus! all in all a healthy experience. This is the only apartment that has had a manager that managed. I lived here over six years when I first moved in and then decided to try out California. I knew I would check with Tammy when I moved back because she communicated so well with tenants and a lease was enforced. An apartment was opening. I was thrilled. Due to illnesses and death in my family I again moved after several years. I then tried another apartment here and was totally disappointed. Absolutely the best management company and experience I’ve had ! My home was beautifully remodeled with such unique detail ! My last 3 years were blessed . The staff is so down to earth , treat you like your the only tenant they have . It saddens me to leave . I am moving on to a new chapter in my life in my career and wish I could take you with me ! i Lived in at the Anic apartments for three years, and would still be there if it was for my job. The apartment itself is very nice but the selling point was Tammy she was nothing but generous to me, she was there whenever I needed something

Our family of 4 relocated from Las Vegas to St. Louis on short notice, and the apartment we rented had to be decided upon/secured online, sight unseen. When we arrived, Tammy was SO helpful and welcoming, and we were absolutely delighted with the apartment! During the 3 years we rented from Anic, every question, service request and need was addressed and taken care of, quickly and professionally. I lived in my apartment for five years and absolutely loved the unit and my experience with Anic Enterprises. Everything about the past five years was amazing. Any time I placed a maintenance request, it was taken care of promptly. It was wonderful. Everyone on the team is kind and helpful. I moved to be closer to a new job, and I wish they had properties in the area I moved because they are that great, and I would have loved to continue renting from them. I highly recommend renting from this company.
